Parents’ Evenings

A fortnight before the two parents’ evenings you will receive a form on which you can request your preferred day and time. We will endeavour to fulfil your request. We will then inform you of the date and time of your consultation with your child’s class teacher. Please make a note of your parents’ evening time and date. To attend your consultation with your child’s class teacher please do the following:
i. Make your way to the school hall.
ii. Year 6 pupils will be there to meet and greet you.
iii. Year 6 pupils will get your child’s books and usher you to sit down.
iv. At your appointment time a Year 6 child will escort you to your child’s classroom.
v. You will have 10 minutes to discuss your child’s progress and any other issues.
vi. After 10 minutes Year 6 pupils will escort the next parents to their meeting. We request that you to wrap up your discussion quickly when the next parents arrive.
vii. You will then be escorted back to the school hall. We are happy for you to continue looking through your child’s work.
Please note – we request that Year 5 and Year 6 pupils attend with their parents to meet their teacher.
