It has become a tradition at St Andrew’s that we do not send each other Christmas cards.
Instead, we invite the children to write a message to their friends and classmates. Nearer to Christmas the children will receive a blank message slip and an envelope. The children’s messages will then be displayed in the main corridor. We ask for a small donation. The idea is that the money you save buying Christmas cards will go towards a charity. This year’s charity is Oxfam. We hope to send enough money to buy animals for families, abroad, living in poverty. Further details will follow in a few weeks.
